Inside the Metabolic Reset Founding Cohort
Over six weeks, we’ll explore the deeper foundations of metabolic health — not through restriction, shame, or extremes, but through nourishment, nervous system support, blood sugar balance, gut healing, and rebuilding trust with your body.
This program is designed for women who feel disconnected from their bodies, confused by changing symptoms, frustrated by their metabolism, or exhausted by trying to “fix” themselves.
Together, we’ll explore topics like:
* Blood sugar balance and sustainable nourishment
* Protein, fiber, healthy fats, and building satisfying meals
* The connection between stress, cortisol, inflammation, and metabolism
* Nervous system regulation and emotional eating patterns
* Gut health, digestion, the microbiome, and GLP-1 signaling
* Detoxification and supporting the body’s natural pathways gently for hormonal balance
* Hormones, cravings, energy, and metabolic resilience
* Reconnecting with hunger, fullness, and body wisdom
* Building consistency without perfectionism
* Strength, movement, and long-term sustainable wellness
You’ll receive:
* A comprehensive blood sugar balancing nutrition guide
* Meal-building support and food lists
* Grocery and meal prep guidance
* The Microbiome, Metabolism & GLP-1 Guide
* Weekly teachings and live coaching
* Reflection prompts and supportive practices
* Gentle accountability and community support
* Tools to help you feel more grounded, nourished, and connected to yourself again
This is not about obsessing over your body.
It’s about learning how to work with your body instead of against it.
It’s about understanding that your symptoms are not signs of failure — they are information.
And when we begin listening differently, supporting the body consistently, and reducing the constant stress and overwhelm so many women are carrying… the body often begins responding in ways that feel more sustainable, intuitive, and alive.
This Program Is Especially Supportive For Women Who:
* feel like their metabolism has changed
* struggle with cravings or food noise
* are exhausted by dieting
* feel inflamed, puffy, or disconnected from their body
* are navigating perimenopause/hormonal shifts
* have tried “doing everything right”
* want a more grounded, sustainable relationship with food and health
If that's you, I hope to see you inside.
Warmly,
Angie
